Services
Basics include:
- Dust all areas of the home
- Clean & disinfect all areas of the bathroom
- Clean kitchen (including inside microwave, top of refrigerator)
- Wipe down kitchen cabinet facings & stainless steel in kitchen
- Sweep, vacuum, mop all floors
- Straighten/make beds if needed
- Wipe all fixtures & appliances
- Wipe all mirrors & pictures
- Clean all glass surfaces including windows (inside/reachable)
- Clean window sills & wipe down doors
- Dust all furniture
- Remove cobwebs, dust baseboards
- Dust ceiling fans
- Empty all trash & replace trash bags
For initial cleanings, include all of the above plus the following:
- Wet wash all baseboards & doors
- Clean all light fixtures, wall hangings, and knick-knacks
- Clean vents
Not included:
- Cleaning around clutter
- Cleaning inside refrigerator/stove/cabinets
- Moving heavy furniture to access areas
- Reaching high areas (above foot stool reach)
- Windows outside
- Extensive dishwashing
Tellico House Cleaning will charge an extra fee to clean areas not included.
Our services are available weekly, every other week, monthly or one-time.
Special house cleaning services are also available:
- Packing/Unpacking
- Wall Washing
- Cabinet Cleaning
- Furniture Treatment
- Put up or take down holiday decorations
